Given that we sell research only peptides, all orders are final sale following dispatch.
Order Problems
If your order arrives damaged, incomplete (missing items), or incorrect, email sales@bionovapeptides.com as soon as possible after delivery. Include your order number, a short description of the problem, and photos of the items and packaging. Please do not send anything back until we reply with instructions.
Cancellations
You may request cancellation before your order is dispatched by emailing sales@bionovapeptides.com with your order number. Once an order has been dispatched it cannot be cancelled.
